Scope of application

Air curtains are used to protect heated rooms where cold air can enter through open gates, doors, or windows.

The strong flow of hot air generated by the curtain creates an invisible barrier to keep cold air fr om entering fr om the outside, and also helps to retain warm air inside the room. All the air curtain models are picked using the doorway’s height and width as parameters.

The operational principle for air curtains is quite simple: the fan sucks air into the inside of the housing, wh ere the air is heated in an air heater. Then, a radial fan blows the air that is now warm into the room at the desired angle, creating an air curtain and thereby reducing heat loss and enhancing comfortable conditions.

Air curtains perform the function of creating zones in a room (for example, separating an area with tables for smokers from an area wh ere smoking is prohibited), blocking off a room (not allowing cold, humid air from outside into the room), and dehumidifying and heating (having an entrance area to a room remain dry, without ice forming), and circulating air.
